Water Literacy

A Water Literacy Initiative Eco Champ is a dedicated project aimed at promoting water literacy among school students in India, with a special focus on government schools in rural and semi-urban areas. Targeting students of Classes six, seven, and eight, the program raises awareness about the importance of water and river conservation.

We educate students on how to protect their local environment, including the conservation of water bodies, preservation of native plant species, and the removal of plastic waste.
Our teaching approach is unique—we do not rely on pen and paper. Instead, we use audio-visual tools and interactive models to help students learn, understand, and retain the concepts effectively. The water literacy module is thoughtfully aligned with the state government’s geography syllabus to ensure educational relevance.

The response has been overwhelmingly positive. Students show deep interest, and many express a strong desire to represent India in environmental initiatives in the near future.
